We've used Evergreen State Heat & AC for a few years now for our regular furnace maintenance. They are always able to schedule us promptly and their service technicians are responsible, friendly, quick and thorough. They have been good at answering my questions about how to maximize the life of our furnace or concerns I've had about filter quality and efficiency. Jackson came out today and went the extra mile to retrieve an air filter lost to the stack. I appreciate their professionalism and community spirit.

Great experience with everyone I interacted with from Evergreen State Heat & AC. I needed a very specific problem to be solved with the duct for my new microwave since changing cabinets would alter where the microwave could vent from. Rich came and built a custom scaffold for my microwave with the absolutely perfect fit and he made it flush with the cabinets. Additionally, it looks polished and professional. Love it. Other places were either not willing or able to solve this issue (another company came by and never followed up). After speaking with the Evergreen, I decided to get my heat pump changed and get new AC for the summer - they were able to fit me on the schedule almost immediately. The crew that came to install the system did a great job and finished in 1 day! They were efficient, professional and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

I Thank the following employees for a very professional installation of a Mitsubishi Multi Zone Heat Pump in my shop: Shelly/Shelby set up site assessment with John Liska. John Liska expertly designed the layout - ceiling cassettes, heat pump, materials, routing of lines! Christina scheduled all equipment needed. Rich Miller is an excellent HVAC installer. I think Rich delivered heat pump and accessories. Rich is a detail man. He instantly knows how to install heat pump! Chase Hayes is an excellent HVAC installer. Mark did excellent electrical work. Cody did excellent electrical work. I talked to Susan when the heat pump system was expertly installed. This is the second Heat pump that Evergreen State Heat &AC has installed for me. I am enjoying both heat pump systems! It was a pleasure working with my team!
Evergreen has been our provider for more than five years and has always done a great job servicing our Trane heating and air conditioning systems. The techs have been knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
Just a maintenance visit for our furnace but technician was efficient, nice and good communication on timing of visit. They replaced the furnace 2 years ago, and so far, very happy with company.

Great quick response to come to my home to diagnose why my furnace was not working properly during this freezing cold January weather.
They showed up on time all of the crew were great. They knew what they were doing and did it well. They answered all of questions. While working in our home they treated as if it was there home they were working in. The new system is great.
Evergreen did a great job of installing our Trane furnace in Dec. 2023 and doing an annual checkup in Dec. 2024. We have signed up for their Annual Maintenance plan for the future. Great customer service and technicians!
I was having a small problem with my ductless heat pump. It wasnt heating as good as it had been. After the man was here and serviced it, it is heating really great. I am so pleased and the man who serviced it was so amazing. I had a great experience. Thank you
